Dr. Darlene Allen Nichols is a Prolific speaker, Professional Marriage & Family Counselor, Acclaimed Thought Leader, Author, Change Agent, Business Consultant and Ministry Leader. She serves as the CEO of DAN Inc., a nonprofit enterprise which provides counseling, training and professional development.
Dr. Nichols has a wealth of knowledge and nearly 3 decades of experience in her field. She has served extensively in the foreground and behind the scenes, cultivating both non profit and for profit companies; setting up business infrastructures, mentoring and training c-suite executives, creating startups, new ministries and reorganizing church ministries for success.
She has provided keynote addresses for women’s services, youth groups, prisons, corporate events, mentoring symposiums and the school system in Belize. Dr. Darlene earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Master’s in Business Management, both from DePaul University, a Master’s in counseling from Governors State University, a Master’s and Doctor of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Management from Capella University.
Dr. Darlene has been happily married to Eugene Nichols, Jr. since 1996; together they serve as the Pastors of NL Encounter Church and have two sons, Eugene Nichols, III affectionately known as EJ, and Austin.
