Dr. Darlene Allen-Nichols has ministered across the length and breadth of this country spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. Her corporate and professional anointing has afforded her opportunities to instill kingdom principles to the body Christ on an international platform. She can be seen locally hosting the television show Vision to Victory, and has ministered multiple times on the The Word Network, The Total Living Network, and Trinity Broadcasting Network.
Dr. Nichols founded DAN Ministries in 1999, a 501c3 organization which aims to build self-esteem, increase self-worth and promote personal productivity. Because of her love for God’s girls, Dr. Nichols recently founded a female mentoring program entitled Meant to M.e.n.t. This program mentors, empowers, nurtures and trains women of all walks of life to become all that God has created them to be. She also oversees the Allen Studio of Music, Referral Agency equipping churches with musicians upon request. Dr. Nichols’ personal motto is to touch one life. She aims to inspire and motivate others with the knowledge that she genuinely loves them, and cares about their future.
Dr. Nichols has served in ministry over 25 years in Executive Leadership roles and currently serves at the New Life Covenant Church Southeast under the leadership of Pastor John F. Hannah.
